one of those books to go back to every couple of years. the readings at the end of the book we’re also well worth listening to. i guess my expectations were set too high, because i listened to “how yo win friends and influence people” twice and liked it a lot. it outdated and full of unverified statements that history has proven to not be true my personal opinion was that this book was way to long. i think it would be good for high school students to listen to and even college students to grasp. it comes across as appealing to a less sophisticated audience then to our current culture and some of the lecturers/speeches at the end are almost offensive in today’s non-white christian environment. this book was so much more than just for public speaking, it was an extension of how to make friends and influence people a fantastic read.
